I will attempt to post my Notification flow here in case it is helpful for anyone else. I received a lot of great help from this Discord while making this flow.

You just have to link out to this link in. Add your mobile as an entity to the call nodes as you wish. You can expand to have more mobile phones to notify. When you link in, make sure you provide the payload as configured in the tests for text only, or text and TTS.
@willow compass , here is what I do for notifications so that there is only one call service node per phone.
This also allows the option to send a text to speech message along with the notification.
