Let's move this into a thread. What's the NWK address of the bulb you mentioned? From the log, 30 devices checked in and 4 of them were Innr bulbs. Their only FW versions were 0x24011511 and 0x14033682.

Looks like it didn't respond to the broadcast and isn't in the log

I really have to go to bed now BTW. I'm certainly willing to help out but I need to be out of bed in about 6hrs from now. Just let me know if you need any other info and I'll post it tomorrow

This time I actually had the device powered on while searching for updates 🙂 It's still behind a dumb switch.

And it came up with a firmware update message immediately
