A few times, it has started in seconds. This appears to be a relatively new occurrence.

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? I had some extra npm packages specified in the configuration that I removed so that's no longer the issue.

Just restarted and it took 4 minutes. Is there some npm issue where the upstream server is slow when updates are checked?
