yes, it does work well at distance, I need to do some more tests, slowly trying to build up a collection of different devices, mainly with the intention for people to hear what to expect and what is a workable volume and clarity.
Well you're not missing a great deal in the UK except maybe the people! Cold wet and horrible weather at the moment and prices are just silly! ho hum!

Do I understand correctly this is 1x INMP441 ? Because that S3 board of yours has 2x MSM381A3729H9BPC, which would confirm my suspicion that most of these modern MEMS microphones are really decent, but that there is real value in combining multiple of them.

Re UK, yes, it was mostly always nice because of the people and the landscape, not the prices 😄

yes, just a single inmp441 , for what they cost they work amazingly and have on the whole been the least problematic I have come across so far. I've paid less than £1 per unit which makes it a no brainer 🙂
