Well it's a composition of many different things. The dialog itself is the more-info window for the update entity. the string in the top right that says 2024.2.1 is from a state-card-update element.

If you use your browser inspect option, you can see the hierarchy of html elements, and then find the file with the matching name.

if you add the demo: platform to your configuration.yaml you'll get fake update entities to play with

it adds a lot of stuff though so probably would not recommend for your main instance, only a development setup
