Can you show me the "groups" tab for that node in Z-Wave JS UI?
The only thing I can imagine is that it supposedly has an association to itself.

Yeah, the last association is the culprit. You've associated the switch with itself. That shouldn't be possible at all, but apparently it is.
Also the 2nd one is likely wrong - essentially you've got the switch telling the motion sensor when it turns on and off. You probably wanted to do the opposite?

OK thanks, not sure how it got like that. Perhaps best to remove the switch from my network and re-add it then.

OK, removed and readded it now and looks a lot better and could also run a heal 🙂 Thanks for the assistance 👍
