Ok, got it...
You telldus sitck/duo is not learning the device ID, it is you device that is learning the Home/Unit you want to assign it: set any number you like in the telldus configuration, save/reload. Then press the learning button on your plug, Then send the hassio.stdin_addon message. Make sure you do that with the plug close to the telldus stick: it looks the learning process is more sensitive that the normal on/off actions.
Now, if anyone knows how I can pair a device without re-programming it?
