Also it's best to follow (or at least counter check with) the official docs:

You might also have to go into BIOS to enable IOMMU/VT-d related things.

I believe I did enable that in the BIOS

Task log just says TASK OK

#

In the sumamry tab, I see IPs Guest Agent not running

Console shows Booting 'Slot A (OK=1 TRY=1)

Can't say I ever passed through a iGPU to HAOS. Can you show the VM's Hardware tab?

Please use imgur or other image sharing web sites, and share the link here.

Image posting is blocked in most channels to discourage people from sharing text as images. Sharing text as images assumes that everybody sees the world as you do, which isn't the case. Some people are colour blind, or have visual impairment that means they can't make sense of an image of text.

The guide you linked also says to enable All Functions and such.

I have been messing around with the settings in the PCI tab. I had the All Functions box selected at one point

My only suggestion right now is to try without the acs override but I'm not too experiencd with GPU passthrough. There's discord servers for proxmox too.
