I created helper with Riemann sum integration for some tuya sockets. Finaly I created a combined sensor of different Riemann sum sensors and use these as a source in my energy dashboard.

After configuring the dashboard like this and some time of waiting I get the current state.

Do I have to wait for data or is there a way to access the energy dashboard configuration screen on another way to redo some configurations.

the dashboard updates once per hour. So if you just changed the config, it will take at least an hour to update

Ok, but why does it not fully load?

No possibility to edit the dashboard 🤷‍♂️

the rest of your server works normally? I don't think this is an energy issue

Yes, it seems to work properly at all

I already tried to restart home-assistant, not the complete server yet

If you can't even control it anymore something is definitely broken. If it's not too much effort I would try a host reset

Host reset, you mean reset to factory defaults or hard reboot?

If you mean reset of all data, what about a restore of a backup? I have one from the last update 10h ago

I rebooted it already ... no change

I restored the backup from todays morning and now I can access the energy dashboard again. And I can start over with my tests.
