#Cycle trough scenes and on off button

Then you need to figure out how to detect and differentiate press and press/hold and start there
And share what you tried
Please use a code share site to share code or logs, for example:
- https://dpaste.org/ (select YAML for the language, and consider picking a longer expiry)
- http://pastie.org/ (select YAML for the language)
- https://paste.debian.net/ (you guessed it, select YAML as the language)
Please don't use Pastebin, since it can randomly add spaces to the main view. Please also don't share text as images since it makes it harder for people to help you. Remember that others may have colour blindness, impaired vision, etc.
well i was hoping somebody already did all that
if i wanted to mess with button press times etc. on the device I would just do the on the device, which in the end, might be easier
You said you tried something and it failed
"I'm trying to do automation to cycle scenes, end goal is to have one button that - hold for about 3 secs. changes light temp.
click on the same button turns light on or off. and it does turn on on the light temp. it did turned off.
so far I got nowhere - holding button only changes light temp. after i cycle it on and off

I did not think this would be uncommon thing to want, but i did not found any 'cookbook' how to do this.
"
That post has nothing to do with holding a button down
That's the easy part. HA has no idea whether you're holding a button down. The device needs to tell it that
well I can't post screenshot here now, but it has duration 03s so that is hold down
