well i was hoping somebody already did all that

if i wanted to mess with button press times etc. on the device I would just do the on the device, which in the end, might be easier

"I'm trying to do automation to cycle scenes, end goal is to have one button that - hold for about 3 secs. changes light temp.
click on the same button turns light on or off. and it does turn on on the light temp. it did turned off.

so far I got nowhere - holding button only changes light temp. after i cycle it on and off

I did not think this would be uncommon thing to want, but i did not found any 'cookbook' how to do this.
