#Corporate laptop Unable to Connect Nabu URL

I'm not ruling out corporate firewall / header filtering BS yet
when I am home and on OR off VPN, accessing HA via 192.168.XX.XX:8123 always works fine in the browser of the corporate Mac laptop
but using the Nabu URL nearly always hits the Unable to Reconnect error whenever I refresh the page, and it goes into timeouts (small toast notification in the HA ui) often

Is there a Sophos Security product on this laptop? I did see an issue with that recently
Also have you tried a different browser on the Mac?
Just trying another browser now (Safari) -- its working (no retry messages yet after multiple page refreshes)
Nothing from Sophos that i can find. I do have Falcon/Crowdstrike, Zscaler, and Incapsula/Imperva
So safari works and chrome(?) still doesn't? What about an incognito tab
I've only seen someone else with Sophos had some update that started blocking. Don't know about the others
oh wow. chrome incognito let me login, but i am forever in retry mode on EVERY refresh. i was in for a moment just now but it went back to retry mode all by itself
Maybe delete the refresh token for this device/browser in your ha user profile
