Please use compose but the issue is that you're passing --privileged to the app in the container, not to docker. Order is important here.
The mount looks wrong too. You should also start without -d during testing.

@frosty raft thought I'd let you know I did a complete reinstall with the Home Assistant OS.
Everything is OK now.
