Traverse into the top two and show more
Just for reference, this is how mine looks on a pretty simple and empty development VM: https://i.imgur.com/xQtbbEh.png
Most of it is addon and container storage. Can't see all, of course
Just can't figure out why it's filling up so fast all of a sudden. Was working fine until about a week ago
You can also check docker system df but that will not show all. ha supervisor repair will probably remove a bit too
tried supervisor repair a couple times in the last week and sometimes it crashes
I've added the output of docker system df to that second imgur link
Can you check why the /mnt/data/supervisor/homeassistant folder is 20G?
Oh yeah that’s a bit odd. If I’ve closed the gdu menu, how do I reopen it and does it need to do a full scan again?
Same way you ran it earlier and yes
Yikes ok. I’ll add an image of that folder once the 30 minute scan is complete again 😅
Power of caching
Wow
what the hell
That's a big clue
Run tail -f pathtolog and see what gets added to it so much
You can do this via SSH as well. You only need host access to see all storage
Not sure how useful the output was from that
Keep the tail open, disable the truenas integration and see if it stops
Some logging is normal, of course, but you can better judge what is flooded
You can clear the log file with echo "" > pathtolog, btw
anyway to restart a vnc session without rebooting the VM?
Seems to have bugged out
Simpy reload the window
seems buggy. Don't get any res[onse when I enter anything
After disabling TrueNAS it does appear to be less buggy. I have yet to check the logs though as VNC being a pain
I don't wanna jinx it but it does appear to be working fine now. I was able to run updates and reboot with no issues
before hand I couldnt update anything and I couldn't reboot HA without rebooting the VM
Let's hope it stays that way
It’s 100% the TrueNAS integration. Something about it doesn’t play well with the latest TrueNAS update. Checked the issues on GitHub 🤟🏻
Thanks for your help dude!
