The only switch I'm aware of is a tapo which is a single gang

It's connected well on HomeKit and even on SmartThings

I tried to reset the entire device and even reconnect on HA, no success

I can help triage some of the errors in the log if there are any, but otherwise might be best to tag one of the maintainers to see if they know anything; I've not seen anyone else talk about this device but it's strange HA doesn't expose entities
