Hmm, the other unit won't pair either. I'm trying to power off the eero router while I pair, since I understand it can act as a Zigbee hub, but it's a challenge because then I have no interface to HA to start the pairing. Have to time it just right. I doubt it will help because I don't think the eero goes into pairing mode until you tell it to, and I haven't done that.
