I'm comfortable with development in general, less with HA itself. I figured that core uses zha-device-handlers which is actually the zha-quirks PyPi package. I'm unsure if I need to rebuild the entire Docker container, or if there is an easier / more hacky way to include these specific changes.

Rebuilding the container would be quite simple (just need to replace a few files, quick and dirty).
Just not sure where in hassos the specific Docker is chosen to launch on boot.

Install the advanced SSH addon from the community repo, disable protection mode for it, and then you can log into the homeassistant container directly

Alright, do you know how to reload those files (in /usr/local/lib/python3.11/site-packages) without restarting the container? (undoing my changes) No systemctl?

Ah, /developer-tools/yaml
