Those images aren't for use - they're intermediate builds. That was mentioned somewhere in the last year of release notes under the breaking changes.

I couldn't find anything referencing it on github (where the docs are as well) other than a mention in the ZHA docs: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha/#docker-compose

Yeah, some point this year everything should have moved to the "standard" images
