I just saw this, let me show you. It will be a moment
This is the frigate log, and the it says the edge TPU isnt detected

When I disable the TPU the camera works fine
for one, it is not recommended to run detect on the full resolution camera. as far as this issue goes, how are you running frigate?
Im running an ESXI VM for home assistant, and frigate as an addon. Because of the issues Ive run into, Im setting up a pi right now with docker for testing.
Im really new to this.
which addon
I installed both Frigate (Full Access) Beta (0.13.0)
and
Frigate
Current version: 0.12.1
I obviously dont have them running at the same time, but they both behave identically
which one is installed now
Both
okay, did you make sure to disable the protected mode switch?
Yes I did, which only shows up in the full access version.
then yeah, would seem the coral is not being passed to HA correctly
important to remember that the coral has 2 different IDs, one before and one after it is initialized
Really? Thats interesting, I didnt know that.
I am hoping to prove the coral stick works by just installing it on the PI, rather than in an unsupported config
