I added the integration improperly and now I'm stuck with it redirecting me to the google account to setup the API keys but I need to reinput the new (correct) OAuth keys

Go to Setting - Integrations and to the dotsvertical menu. Select Application Credentials and remove the old ones for Google Mail

Integrations really should say do this in incognito mode so multiple emails don't mess the website redirects.
