That looks okay. Try to press ESC while booting the VM and disable secure boot under Device Manager > Secure Boot Configuration > Attempt Secure Boot
I also suggest you disable Use tablet for pointer to save some CPU cycles

Another screenshot maybe? Not sure what's happening on your end. You could force stop/reset it but you might have to stop the currently running task first
