yes... I know I've said this about 892309482309842 times, but did you set up a dev account?

hazy mason
#

yes

#

But I don´t know where do I get the re-direct URL from

woeful harness
#

what redirect url, just log in after clicking the link

hazy mason
#

In the developer account, it asks for a re-direct URL when you create an app

#

Why there are no screenshots allowed in here...

Please use imgur or other image sharing web sites, and share the link here.

Image posting is blocked in most channels to discourage people from sharing text as images. Sharing text as images assumes that everybody sees the world as you do, which isn't the case. Some people are colour blind, or have visual impairment that means they can't make sense of an image of text.

This is what I see in HA

woeful harness
#

so click on the link

hazy mason
#

The link or the button?

woeful harness
#

the link

hazy mason
#

"The app you're trying to connect to didn't send valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue."

woeful harness
#

don't copy paste the url, click the url

hazy mason
#

When I click, nothing happens

woeful harness
#

are you using a browser?

hazy mason
#

Sure - Google Chrome

woeful harness
#

When I click that URL, it brings me to a login page

#

and I'm clicking what you pasted here

#

so... something is wrong on your end

hazy mason
#

How can clicking a link doesn´t work...

woeful harness
#

I don't know, you tell me

#

when I click on the link it redirects me to a login page

hazy mason
#

So now I used Firefox to click on the link and it directed me to login at fitbit site

#

But after login in, I get the same error message

#

"The app you're trying to connect to didn't send valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue."
