Did you do it in that order? Every time I factory reset and exclude I get no indication that exclusion is working :/

I did all different combinations, mainly excluding including. I think I had to reinterview also to complete it. I read that distance may be a factor and I was about move the lock but got it working before that. Just keep trying is what I suggest. I had to remove like 6 "nodes" that were created in the process.

Do you have to remove the zooz stick to include/remove like the Aeotec?

The lock just flashes a quick orangy red every 5 seconds or so

I just moved from another platform and some devices are frustrating but I got it all up. The 620 was the most dificult.

How far away is the lock from the controller?

I currently have it off the door and just have the main part in my hand about 25 feet away. Even putting it a few inches away doesn't seem to help

Did you use smart start and scan the qr code or manual inclusion?

When I press the top "A" button to start inclusion or exclusion I get no indication that it's doing anything. Should I see the LED light up or hear a sound like when using the program button?
