Hello there, I am new to mqtt (sorry for this I always found a way "around" to not use mqtt - but now i can't) I installed Mosquitto broker Addon in HA Version 6.2.1. I configures a user in HA. If i publish something in the mqtt Settings (on the integrations Menu) it is shown underneath (if i start listening to the topic first)
I have the following settings in Valetudo:
MQTT enabled
Host: 10.10.11.1 (HomeAssistant IP Adress - i also just mosqitto-core) Port 1883
Credentials (the User and pw mentioned earlier i created in home assistant)
Customizations:
Topic prefix:
homeassistant
Identifier:
robbi
enabled Provide map data
checked Home Assistant
checked all Optional exposable capabilities but yet i get a Connection Error from Valetudo:
