When I said maintainer, I meant code owner for the feature, sorry for the confusion

no worries, but yes, code owners don't have write access. You will have to wait for a maintainer to get around to reviewing and merging the PR

the tough thing with this PR is there are no tests

#

so it's more difficult to review if the reviewer isn't familiar with the integration
