Looks like you're running 2021.6 or older

HA 2023.4.6 would be trying to install 7.5.0

Well... you've got something going on

#

Either it's an ancient install or you have a custom component causing the problem, because it's not used that version of pyatmo for literally years

You can also check for custom components by looking at the first lines in the log file on disk
