Maybe... if those are all Tasmota devices then... probably you can make it work, but obviously the automation at his house will depend on both your Internet connections and your Unraid server and it'll be relatively slow.

However, a HA "server" can be a Pi (Pi3B or better), or a mini PC of some form, or an old laptop. It doesn't need to be be some hulking big "server"

A Pi right now is crazy expensive. I can redo a old PC at his house into something. I have one PI over at his place that is running a magic mirror
