#Automate on Rental Guest data

We use Hospitable.com to manage all our PMS data on rental guests, payments, check-in/out etc.
I'd like to be able to automate HA off of those details. Eg. turn pool/spa heating on before guest checks in, off when checks out.
or
we have a network printer next to the HA box. I would like to print off a personalized welcome message before checkin of each guest.

Hospitable has configurable webhooks that can push out on certain evens, but best I would be able to get is "new/changes to booking dates/times" so HA or something would likely have to store/update those in order to schedule/automate off them.
