#IKEA Tradfri - SONOFF Device - No IKEA Remote?

I don't have any remote for the IKEA devices which I think is causing issues for me
I didn't think there was such a hard requirement on having one! Is there a way to make it try pair without a remote?

Tradfri devices don't require a remote to be reset. What specific devices are you referring to?

And some plugs
But trying the light bulbs first as they are already plugged in
I did tried flipping the light switch on/off in rapid succession 10 times which I thought is how it worked previously? But the lights don't go dim and pulse

It isn't in rapid succession, they need to be flicked in a somewhat precise pattern
