from your comments im guessing is not as simple as reconfiguring

or connecting the IP interface and just setting up home assistant

Reconfiguring is one possibility.

You'll probably going to need additional addresses or some adjustments. You can't do that without the project.

3 floors, lights, AC, Heater automated windows

im not sure what Big means for you but, probably 50+ devices

im trying to learm a bit about KNX on the internet, but there is not a lot.

im guessing being all propitary means i need to buy a book or training material

50 isn't huge. I think ETS Home license is up to 64 devices (or 100? Not sure)

Not really.

#

I mean, there are project parsers, but the output is not intended for humans to read. If you are familiar with Python you could have a look at https://github.com/XKNX/xknxproject. This would yield a dict.
