Hi All. Getting this error accessing externally through nabu casa since I updated to latest version 2023.2.2 Can't order a new ACME challenge: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized :: The client lacks sufficient authorization :: Account is not valid, has status "deactivated"

I am sure is got something to do with certificates or something but I cannot figure out how to fix it

Hi. no I didnt. I just updated to latest versions and then this happened. I have seen it happen once before at another client also. How I resolved it then was to use another nabu casa account. Icannot do that this time
You can delete the hidden .cloud directory in your main config directory and restart HA

Yes. It is hidden
You have to enable viewing of hidden files of directories depending on what you use
file editor or samba share

All OS' do have this enabled by default, and each has a way to enable viewing them.
If you have multiple accounts, you might be swapping from one to another by mistake from time to time?
You're saying you often see "deactivated"?
Or do you have more than one HA server running where both servers are signed in to the cloud?
