Hi there @topaz holly, apologies I'm just seeing this. Did you ever get this working? Also are you in the EU or somewhere else in the world? Ayla has different endpoints for the EU, and currently the integration only supports the non-EU endpoints.

We have recently moved this integration to new maintainers and have a PR that I still need to split up that brings in EU support as well as a bunch of other highly-requested features for this integration. I'm hoping to get to that by Wednesday... need to finish grad school homework first though...

Update: PR has been submitted for review. Hopefully we'll have EU supported natively here in the next major release. Maybe sooner.
