#I m trying to figure out the best way to

I think something like this might work? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0748KLR39?psc=1&th=1&linkCode=gg4&tag=advisorhth-20
That doesn't solve my dilemma with smart switches after the dimmer. Though I do have an old dimmer that I want to replace with a smart dimmer to control Zigbee bulbs (not variable power). Ideally for the curtains the 3-way switches would have dimming (variable power), but I don't think that exists. BTW I'm in the US with 120V.
Relays sound like a good idea if I could fit them in the box. But assuming you mean wiring them parallel to the switches, I think the concern would then be accidentally powering both up and down at the same time. I'm afraid to find out what would happen..
Could you possibly wire relays to the motors themselves maybe?
And hardwire the circuits so the plugs are always powered? I could, though I don't see how that would be any better than putting the relays in the switch box and removing the 3-way switches. It would solve the aforementioned concern, but remove the ability to control the curtains in the event that my HA server goes down.
