Hey, does the google_assistant integration create an HA entity something like media_player.last_google like my Alexa integration does: media_player.last_alexa?

I also have sensor.last_alexa that I templated based on the last_updated attribute of the alexa media player entities. Do your google media_player entities have a last_updated attribute?
