I'm having the same kind of issues. I, too, changed the USB port, removed the USB extension, rebooted/restarted docker multiple times, healed nodes individually (144 nodes... that was long), rebooted the machine (Intel Nuc), soft-reset the stick, upgraded the firmware on the stick (now version 7.18.1), changed the stick (from Zooz to Aeotec), nothing seems to help... So I'll be looking at the replies 🙂

I've had at least 4 others who are experiencing something similar - I just rolled back to ZWave2MQTT - dealing with this is too much work. Now I just need to add the devices that are missing.

OMG, I just downgraded to Z-Wave-JS UI 8.1.0 / ZWave-JS 10.3.0. Night and day. No delay what's so ever. Nothing dead so far.

Have you opened a ticket with the Zwave-js team?
