What model of Pi4, and what add-ons are you running on it?

VSCode is often a cause of problems on Pis since it's a massive RAM hog

Pi4 Model B 1GB. The SSD is on a powered hub. Addons: File editor, Grafana, InfluxDB, MariaDB, Mosquitto broker, Samba share, Terminal & SSH, VSCode

RAM usage is arround 85-85%
