@late salmon so each load cell in my setup is sandwiched between two acrylic picture frame panes, depending on how many different spices you have this might not be reasonable to do for those

Each of these is a platform that the container is stored on, though if you're doing it for a proper "final answer" then you would probably bolt right to the actual shelf for the bottom side of the cell

Then the 4 wires of the load cell go to the HX711, and all the HX711 share their VCC, Common, and Clock pins on the ESP32, the data pin being the only one that is different for each HX711

Depending on the model of ESP32 you select this will limit the number of things you can monitor on one ESPHome device

I think it's ideally suited for pasta/rice/flour/sugar, anything you store more than a pound of at least, ideally more towards the 5lb+ realm
