No it’s a galaxy watch 3 so it runs tizen os
I use the galaxy watch 3, because it’s the latest galaxy watch that is still supported by the official galaxy watch app for ios, as I use an iPhone 11.
Then ... how are you trying to connect it?
Via the app and wifi
I just typed over the token and url
The token is pretty long and I checked it multiple times
"the app"?
The galaxy watch app on the appstore, but that doesn’t have anything to do with home assistant.
So in your case it would probably be wifi
I just typed the url and token for life that home assistent gave to me in my galaxy watch under the home assistent settings
I’m sorry if my English isn’t that good, I am dutch😅
Your English is fine... I just don't understand what you're trying to actually do
I am trying to connect my galaxy watch 3 via the home assistent ui app to my home assistent server
Which UI app?
https://galaxystore.samsung.com/geardetail/LhGPLdV8nG?langCd=en This is official right?because I am beginning to question it right now.
That's not official
It even says so
An unofficial user interface for HomeAssistant
Oh, but is there anything you can do
I'm going to guess it wants the URL for your HA and the LLAT, which is what you're giving it?
LLAT?
Ah in that case I did it right
But it still doesn’t let me connect
The url is like http://homeassistant:0000 right? but then with the right numbers
Well, with an actual hostname that's resolvable, or an IP address
Obviously the URL has to work, and anything .local may not work from the watch
I tried the ipv4 adress which also doesn’t work
Does the URL work in a normal browser?
Well thats what I connect with to access the console and that works absolutely great.
I just saw a website and github that can apparently send me the credentials https://www.hassgalaxy.app/ https://github.com/jerrod-lankford/hassgalaxy
