So this is my idea. I want to add a second OWM location but not giving the location. I want the lovelace card to show the forecast not for the fixed location but for the location from an entity (person?). Any ideas?

Or maybe there's an option to pas lat and lon in the URL card? I'm using the Windy service that way:
