So I have data 😄 thanks!
But why my temperature lines on grafana are way blockier than in the HA app. Changing the window aggregation doesn't seem to help. How often does HA update InfluxDB? Could that be the issue?

It updates it when the sensor updates

Check the raw history in HA, it may not be as smooth as you think
