If you're manually typing hass then it's only running while that command is running. You should add a systemd unit file.

thanks for the quick answer. the where is hass is not at the same emplacement but I follow the installation core. if I use this it is correct? /srv/homeassistant/bin/hass

It's wherever you created the venv

Almost certainly you should use Docker instead
