The problem is that you can't easily do that since it'll any presence detection integration will return one device_tracker per IP/MAC address

You could use a template trigger, maybe, or a time pattern trigger and a template condition

biggest problem right now is that nmap isn't returning anything... but it does work if I run it manually

The problem is that it won't work across subnets, since it looks at the MAC address
