Now you are getting a 403 forbidden. Do you see anything in the logs when logging into the camera UI?

yeah . infact let me share quickly with you about the settings UI page for the camera where i have started feeling the issue could be....of course there's one bad camera per say...and 2 good cameras

ip address ending with 12 and 13 are good, the new camera with ip address ending with 14 is where issue is itself.

i know the same camera is more promising and new firmware, new mmodel etc....but i tried tweaking the codec no luck
