I think I solved the issue.
I have the Adguard addons.
I set the HomeAssistant's IP as the DNS server for my Google Wifi router. So HomeAssistant get it's own IP as the DNS server.
It seems that as Adguard was down, I could not change the DNS setting of my Google Wifi and then HomeAssistant was not able to access the internet because the addon was not started

With all the restart and trials to fix things it seems that the different docker images got deleted

I added some entries in /etc/hosts to be able to download manually the docker images and make home assistant start
