#WOL with 2 NICS

Hello, I have HASS installed as a VM using the core os. I have 2 network adapters attached to it. One for user network and the other for IoT. It keeps wanting to use IoT for everything, but my desktop is on the User Network. I want to WOL from HomeAssistant. WOL works when running a wol packet from my laptop on same network.

Here's my setup in config:
