502 means that Z2M isn't starting. Check the log file to see what's going on.

Thanks. I think the main problem is te recognizing of the usb by virtuel box or a problem in the flashing of the stick

The second is that you're using an outdated add-on repository, probably because you followed a YouTube video instead of reading the docs

The first is because your USB stick isn't /dev/ttyACM0

#

Your hardware menu will list the USB sticks found

Ah I see, i didn't reacreate it good. This was my old Conbee stick location, I didn't save it properly. Will try again
