Need help with automation not runnig expected.

I'm trying to create an automation that turns a solar water heating valve on. when water temp drops below 77, and the roof temp is above 90 open valve. It works but not great. if the roof temp falls below 90 it doesn't close the valve. If the pool is bellow 77 and the roof temp raises it doesn't open the valve. I'm doing this all in the automations page on home assistant

Also I need to get the Dallas sensors to update faster. It seems like the only update the temp every minute.
