What's your install method?

If it's a pure Core (pip install) install, or Home Assistant OS, then there's no editing files - just set up ZHA in the UI (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha#configuration---gui)

Unless you're talking about Zigbee2MQTT, or you're running Container, or both...

Then you just plug the stick in and ZHA (assuming you're trying to use Zigbee Home Automation, aka ZHA) will offer the option to set up
