#ESPHome Firmware Upgrage

I would like to upgrade my ESPHome Firmware to the latest 2022.8.3 and do not know how. I tried the 'Update All' Utility within HA and it goes through the process but in the end, the firmware remains at 2022.3.1 in the Integration / Device info. I know it is not upgraded because the new BLE Proxy feature is not recognized when I try to add it and compile. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance
