It's not listed under https://github.com/hassio-addons/repository and thus doesn't show up in the list of addons to install inside home assistant. Looking at the closed issues of the addon, it seams that it just hasn't been released yet: https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-vscode-remote/issues/62
you could try installing it manually by downloading and copying it to your addons folder, but there's probably a reason it hasn't been released
just gave it a shot out of curiosity, but building the docker container fails. still a work in progress I guess
