Very boring, but at https://gist.github.com/davidski/e119db8faa6221b8d9d43ab1482d717e
Seems fine. It's really odd that it's trying to add it to Lovelace though.
Where did you pick up it's trying to add to the lovelace block?
Your logs
Though I misread. But apparently Lovelace has a problem which is worth resolving.
Yeah, I think I don't understand the resources stanza. Need to read up more on that. 🙂
Powercalc is seeing one item as a string not an object.
Silly question, but bare keys like powercalc: are an allowed construct in yaml?
Which version of Powercalc are you running?
I think v0.24.8. Where do I check that in HACS?
It should be in the
on the HACs page for the integration.
Have you tried configuring this anyway?
I haven't, as I was hoping to use autodiscovery, but that's worth a shot.
It's erroring in the manual configuration. So it might be worth trying
Re: version. Ah, I thought that was just the repos readme, not a local copy. Confirmed that v0.24.8. Also same behavior under the previous v0.24.7 I just downgraded to.
I'll give manual config a shot!
Though it's getting there through auto discover entities. Do you have anything with a / in the name?
I quick / in the entity explorer doesn't turn anything up, nor do IU remember anything named like that.
Worth a shot. I saw an issue about that.
See https://github.com/bramstroker/homeassistant-powercalc/issues/988. which should resolve it.
